Community classes are taught by yoga teachers-in-training. This provides future teachers a platform to apply the techniques they learned in the training program. The teacher gets to practice while the student gets a discount. Please tell all of your friends who my not be able to afford a membership. This is a great way to afford yoga classes at a discounted rate.

California Style is a vinyasa power flow that brings a little westcoast yoga to Pittsburgh. From west african drumbeats to Thievery Corporation to Kaya Project . Sarah incorporates a variety of eclectic music to increase energy, breath, and movement to her flow. This is an All Levels class that may sometimes move a bit faster but will be sure to incorporate a variety of asanas, pranayama, and meditation.
