Yoga Flow is a heated Vinyasa studio
It is not necessary to preregister when attending a class.
Please arrive 15 minutes before class if possible.
Yoga mats available for rental.
~ Extra parking across the street in the church parking lot.
~ Do not park at Norman Center they will ticket/tow
Basics - A structured fundamentals class forming a base to help progress to the next level geared towards new to mid level yogis. Basics will help build physical strength as well as a strong understanding of each posture so no yogi feels lost or intimidated therefore building confidence.
Level 1 & 2 - Geared towards mid-level to seasoned yogis. 1 & 2 is a standard vinyasa flow allowing students to explore their practice and postures. Instructors will guide students on how to progress to the next level with safety. Reminding students to listen to their bodies and encouraging them to work at their own pace. Examples of postures that may occur in class.... various arm balances, binding, headstands, handstands etc...
